Job Requirement

Basic overview of their need and the process is as follows:-

  • The candidates should have excellent spoken English (US accent would be an advantage) with an equally good understanding of the same.
  • The shift timings will be from 5:30 p.m. to 12:30 am IST and 11:30 pm to 6:30 am IST.  Saturdays and Sundays will be given as alternate off with the shift timings on these days being 8:30 pm IST to 2:30 am IST.
  • Transportation will be provided by company.
  • Snacks & Tea will be provided by company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls as needed from prospective clients.
  • Adhere to the rules and regulations on floor– as advised at the time of training.
  • Appease an irritated customer, be polite but firm with an annoying one, help a poor speaker communicate his/her requirements well and assuage the feelings of an unsatisfied customer.
  • Maintain good telephone etiquettes. Never cut a call abruptly, talk too loudly or be rude and abrupt.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and gather all possible information about their needs. Should question effectively and listen patiently to acquire all details about the problems in any.
  • Coordinate with other departments for resolving customer’s complaints and fulfilling their requests.
  • Escalate customer issues to supervisors where needed.
  • Key in the details of the conversations had with the client.

Require Skills:

  • Excellent English – spoken, written, comprehension.
  • Good logical and analytical capabilities.
  • Query solving and grievance redressal.
  • Reporting making – basic.
