Job Requirement

  must have supervisory experience leading a front office and/or reservation team, with experience in Training & Coaching. Pleasing personality & Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.


Key responsibilities:

·         Maintaining the in-house reservations system, ensuring reservations and related information are entered accurately and in a timely manner

·         Responsible for Groups Reservations and Hotel Reservations (corporate, FIT and transient)

·         Handling of correspondences effectively, communicating via emails and telephone.

·         Allocate daily tasks to Reservations staff & Review reservation booked daily.

·         Ensuring all related correspondence and documentation is backed up appropriately

·         Liaising with Hotel GMs and Sales Managers to communicate new rate plans, promotions & occupancy.

·         Identify Top Producing Accounts and ensure their proper recognition by Reservation staff.

·         Knowledgeable in hotel and guest room facilities/services and ensures reservations agents are equally knowledgeable.

·         Responsible for various Production reports and supply to each department concerned.

·         Weekly reporting in pre-agreed format to Directors

·         Monitoring Telephone Manner and general performance of reservations staff daily.

·         Monitors and coordinates group reservations activity with the Hotel GM & Sales Manager.

·         Follows up tentative bookings and update reservation status

·         Reviews no-show and cancelled reservations where required.

·         Maintain cordial relations with commercial clients.

·         Responsible for accurate invoicing and ensuring payments are received in a timely manner


Experience and Education: 

working experience of  Reservations Manager or Front Office Manager. Trained on Opera or OnQ System. Confident at using Microsoft Office. High English literacy.
