Responsible for providing knowledge on products & services to the client (armed forces personnel)

Handling inbound calls and emails

Handling queries & complaints

Develop strong customer relationship

 Desired Profile:

Should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Army/Defense background will be an added advantage

6 days working Mon-Sat, 9 am to 6 pm

No night shifts

No cab facility
