Job Requirement

1. He/she will be monitoring on real time basis

                   a) Performance of the telco switches located in various countries;

                   b) Performance of the interconnected carriers carrying calls; and

                   c) Raising trouble tickets with carriers & service providers around the world for failures.

 

2. Managed services and processing thereof.

                   a) Conduct online demos for enterprise customers

                   b) Real time solutions for managed service request

 

4. MIS reports for all of the above.

                 Requires good command over English.
