- Call leads, understand requirement, conduct survey (if required), send quotation & close sale
- Develop a relation with all AMC Clients. Make sure their problems are resolved throughout the year. Touch base minimum 60 days advance for AMC renewal
- Conduct site review in terms of execution for new orders closed by the sales person
- The WILL to follow up with a lead for more than 3 times even after no so positive responses during first 3 calls.
- Relationship building with client (key skill)
- English. Email Drafting. Making a Quote (especially formatting)
- Product knowledge to conduct surveys & make BOQ / Quote. Product knowledge will help is choosing the right product for the client as per Survey & their requirement.
