The Operations Manager is responsible for the effective management of entire operations that includes developing, sustaining, strengthening and progressing in terms of procurement, Project supply, production, QC, logistics and inventory.


•             Making important decision relating to Operations, customers, team, supplier and systems.

•             Participating and directing policy formulation relating to business processes and ensuring implementation 


•             Managing resources in terms of manpower & materials

•             Targets setting [Technical, Quality, Administrative, Commercial]

•             Setting Individual targets

•             Coordinate with

o             Finance and accounts dept.

o             Production Manager

o             Project team- Fire/Fall

o             Follow up with customers/dealers

•             Interdepartmental teams Monitoring and measurement of each process as per systems

o             Quotation / Offer

o             Order acknowledgement

o             Order punching

o             Procurement / Purchase

o             QC

o             Dispatch

o             Customer service/satisfaction

o             Customer complaint management

•             Resource management

o             Manpower planning/deployment in the business

o             Infrastructure availability and optimum utilization

o             Budgeting  for department

o             Equipment’s and machines

o             Implementing systems


•             Taking  quick actions on the issues relating to system, customer, team member…Representing department for any legal or statutory issues

•             Interdepartmental and  inter business coordination and communication

•             Participating /Conducting performance review meetings and directing the team

o             Mentoring the team for performances and avoiding distress at workplace


•             Ensuring the materials at the right place

•             Selection and monitoring of all functions integrated to Operations

•             Participate HR processes and implement HR policies

•             Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance for Business and Customers& Vendors

•             Ensure maintenance of all  records

•             Ensure Financial stability of the unit

•             Establish customer focus across each function

•             Ensuring the workplace is free from all Risks & Hazards

•             Maintaining the workplace to be friendly

•             Ensure regular health checkups, if applicable for each team member & maintain the records with ease of availability and traceability.
