• Pre Sales Support (RFP) & Post Sales Support
• Understanding customer's diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
• Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently;
• Ability to create and maintain FRD and FSD
• Strong hands-on experience with UML, Flow Charts Diagram, and Scratch prototype
• Ability to work in a different time zone to support clients meet
• Coordinating different teams and managing multiple projects
• Operate as an important link between the client and the senior management
• Interface with clients frequently and maintain an excellent relationship
