Job Title               : HR Executive

Location               : Ahmedabad (S.G. Highway)

Experience          : 1 to 4 years in IT domain

Working days      :  5 Days

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies
• Manage the full life cycle of recruitment process from sourcing to offering
• Source, attract, and recruit talents through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
• Advertise job postings within appropriate forums to attract top notch candidate pools
• Developing the induction programs for the new recruits
• Maintaining a detailed record of the employees
• Leave management & attendance of the employees
• Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance evaluation
• Conducting various employee engagement programs
• Dealing with the final settlement of employees on their exit
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related degree preferred
• Proactive and passionate with recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, marketing and presentation skills, interviewing and interpersonal skills
• Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development
• Well versed with Peoplesoft
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Positive Attitude, Reliable, Trustworthy and Responsible.
