Data Sourcing and Management:
- Identify New Projects from site visit,Identity distributors and applicators of waterproofing works in the designated cities through info gathering from internet, India Mart, and other offline sources and networking events
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through market visit,cold calling, networking and social media
- understand market expectations of competitors products and pricing so you can effectively position Bitumag products to customers.
- Identify decision makers, clients site builders, contractors, architects, structural consultants and maintain database in the format as advised by management
- Quarterly sales projections to be submitted to your supervisor
- Monthly sales plan to be prepared and broken into weekly plans
- Travel plans to be shared at the biggening of the month to your supervisor
- Door to door visit of distributors/ retail shops at product related market.
- Daily generate market visit report to your supervisor
- Preparation for client meeting by researching about client’s business activities
- Have effective sales meeting and position Bitumag as the best choice to meet client’s expectations
- Generate requirements for waterproofing works after visiting the client’s sites
- Create presentations and give presentations to client’s basis their requirement
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance team and Management to make proposals
- Negotiate Win-Win deals
- Maintain profitability Index as per management guidelines
- Write emails professionally to record all discussion with clients
- Be the interface between client and Operations team for order fulfilment
