Responsibilities

Manage territory of a region comprising multiple states in India and export markets

Handle different product segments and their respective industry verticals
-
Develop dealer and distributor network in the respective territory
-
Appoint agents wherever necessary for specific verticals
-
Develop and manage large institutional end user clients
-
Develop and manage export customers
-
Create markets for new applications of products in portfolio and launch new products and SKUs via coordination with technical team
-
Support dealers in managing their customers’ technical and business requirements along with creating new sales pipeline for them
-
Handle technical queries of customers through direct interaction or coordination with company technical resources
-
Handle customer feedback and recommend necessary improvements in product, distribution, marketing support
-
Carry out marketing campaigns for dealer territory
-
Lead a team of sales executives
-
Hiring and managing targets of team members
-
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, marketing budget, travel, communication, distribution and expense controls.

Travel to customer locations
-
Represent company in trade shows and exhibitions
Requirements
-
MBA degree preferred
-
experience in sales preferably with a corporate
-
Strong command in spoken and written English
-
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach
-
Experience in CRM tools is a plus
-
Good knowledge on MS Office and digital marketing mediums
-
Preferred past experience in sales with companies dealing in building materials, plastic products or consumer goods.
