Job Requirement

1.    Sales and Business Development:

  • Actively seek out and engage potential customers to promote and sell PPE products.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate PPE solutions based on their requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of various PPE products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

2.    Product Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Stay updated on the latest PPE regulations, guidelines, and industry trends.
  • Thoroughly understand the features, specifications, and applications of the PPE products being offered.
  • Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and product availability to ensure prompt order processing and delivery.

3.    Customer Service and Support:

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support.
  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate PPE products for their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.

4.     Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activities, revenue generated, and forecasts.
  • Analyse sales data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the management team regarding product performance, pricing, and customer preferences.

Other Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Solid product knowledge and understanding of PPE regulations and guidelines.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, trade shows, and customer visits, if required.
