• Ability to read drawing for machining and die assembly
• Should be familiar to use measuring instruments
• Should have experience for Progressive tool.
• Basic knowledge of Conventional machines operator
• Good communication skill
• Making Decisions and Solving Problems for  Progressive Die.
• Should able to train junior level die maker to increase tool room efficiency.
• Should have knowledge about Progressive tool alignment, clearance in tool and material of tool.
