* Source and procure raw materials, chemicals, and other necessary items for fertilizer production. * Evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance. * Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure the best deals.
Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination:
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock to avoid production disruptions. * Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to align procurement with production schedules.
Vendor Management:
* Develop and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers. * Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Identify and onboard new vendors to diversify the supply chain. |
