1. Maintain sales data Product, Region, TM wise ready for analysis at any given point of time by the management

2. Setting sales targets of individual field staffs by product group for each month in consultation with Managing Director and circulating and keeping track of target versus achievement.

3. Coordinate different dept. of the organization such as accounts, logistics, quality, production for smooth flow of marketing activities

4. Follow up with field staff with respect to sales progress, orders & achievements

5. Verifying Expenses & Incentives of field staff strictly as per company policy

6. Analyze activity of field staffs and motivate, guide them to do better work as per the company’s norm and requirement

7. Monitoring Sales Performance of individual field staff and give feedback to management

8. CRM data analysis, verification, monitoring & troubleshooting

9. Follow up and replying to emails regarding queries of field staff regarding orders, shortages, expenses, salaries, payments, quality etc.

10. Submitting quotes, authorization Letters, price list and schemes for Hospital & Institution business

11. Design and implementation of incentive plan for field staff in consultation Managing Director

12. Preparing bonus offer draft for star performers as per norms directed by the management

13. Allocate Samples to field staffs, monitor & keep record as per sample SOP

14. Issuing Offer letter & Appointment letters, Confirmation Letters to field staff & other HR related activities.

Desired Profile -

1. Should be Graduate/Fresh MBA in statistics from reputed university.

2. Excellent communication skills in English

3. Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel (Pivot Tables, V look up &H Look up)

4. Sound numerical and data analysis skills.

5. Should be able to mould data in such a way to make work easy and effective.
