Roles & Responsibilities:

•                 Technical Assistance for customized Arcode /ARL-300/ 700/ MoT / ARL-70 MoT requirements.

•                 Verification of Order Forms.

•                 Coordination with SCM and Finance for BOM requirements for MOD / Customized projects.

•                 Coordination with Sales and SOP for order booking.

•                 Managing Modernization Inquiry Bucket.

•                 Creating Inquiry on CRM portal and sharing the pricing to sales team.

•                 Following up with Engineering Department in India & Turkey.

•                 Sharing the solution received from the engineering team with the salesperson concerned.

•                 Assistance related to MOT contracts.

•                 Parallelly following up with Yashwant bhai for Lift Institute Certificates (MOT).

•                 Provide the certificates with the subjected sales team members after confirming with Sales head.

•                 Participation in deal closing through Teams Video meetings with the customer.

•                 Creating new Customer in CRM (V tiger) if required.

•                 Meeting customers along with salesperson for technical presentation and finalization of project if required.

•                 Meeting Government departments with Sales Head for product approval process under tendering activities.

•                 Participation in EECMAI/ Customer sales meet / exhibition/ Industrial Seminars with sales team.

•                 Attending events organized by chamber of commerce / Electronic associations/ BIS standards committee/ Indian Semi-Conductor forum, etc.

•                 Reporting to Head of Department - Sales.

Desired Candidate Profile:

•                 Must be from modernization sales Elevator background

•                 Candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience
