The International Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President, Sales & Operations and be responsible for growing the company's international market share and profits.

They will develop and implement the company's marketing plans in key markets.

The person will be accountable for assessing and identifying market opportunities, developing priorities and creating marketing strategies and tactics to take advantage of those opportunities.

The Marketing Manager will lead the development of brand strategy, pricing strategy, product portfolio management, new product launches and integrated brand activation plans with local distributors.

Build the brand and grow share in key international markets
-
Develop and execute the company's international marketing and pricing strategy
-
Develop annual marketing budget and participate in annual planning process
-
Be the market and category expert, maintain knowledge of regional customers and relationships with appropriate trade associations and industry bodies to promote marketing activities

Gathering data on competitors and analyzing prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution

Collecting and analyzing data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits
-
Develop annual marketing plans, 4P marketing strategies and integrated brand activation plans, execute and monitor implementation of the same
-
Develop and oversee the company's digital marketing efforts including social media, website, SEO/SEM, Ecommerce, email marketing campaigns, display advertising campaigns and database management

Assess, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and overall business to Senior Management

Work with our channel partners and distributors to boost product awareness and sales

Oversee and manage the service providers such as advertising agencies and media partners
-
Attend domestic and international marketing events, trade shows and conferences to promote the company's brand and presence.

Communicate effectively with other departments within the organization and ensure understanding and alignment to marketing plans

Support sales as needed, including: PowerPoint presentations, Market/Competitive information, Market insight and customer presentations

Managing, hiring and training of marketing or sales staff and overseeing their daily activities

He has to travel outside as well as inside the country.

He gets only around one off in a week and has to meet the targets of the company very often by working over the time.
