Roles and Responsibilities

1 Thorough Knowledge of GST Law of India.

2 Thorough knowledge of HSN/SAC code & tax rate based on Custom/GST Terrif.

3 Monthly Scrutiny of Purchase/Service Register and Identify inaccuracy and arrange for necessary correction by Coordinating with Account Dept before return filing.

4 Filing of GST Return (Monthly GSTR-1 and 3B Return Working Data, GSTR-4 and SAP output tax GL data Reconciliation and upload CLEARTAX portal and GST PORTAL for 3 principal & 10 support GST Regn)

5 Reconciliation of Input Tax credit per Books GST Ledger Vs GSTR2B; Identified mismatches and do necessary action for matching at company & vendor end.

6 Analysis Excess ITC in books and take necessary action for Refund for Unutilized ITC.

7 Complete knowledge of GST/ASP-GSP website work flow for return filing and Eway Bill/E invoice Compliance.

8 Representation before GST department for various GST and Sales Tax matters with fact & figures. Draft reply to GST/Tax Dept.

9 Liasoning with GST Auditor & other legal consultant; Annual GST Audit for data submission and filing of GST Annual Return 9/9C

10 Respond and Liasoning with Statutory Audit and Internal Audit for details requirement/query response related to GST area.

11 Pass necessary closing accounting entry related to GST return filed in books of account to match GST Monthly Return with Books of accounts.

12 Knowledge of Basic accounting principle

13 Monitor internal control and checks in Sales and Purchase Register 14 Submission of details for Tax/Statutory/Cost Audit
