Preferable industry: PPE / Industrial safety Equipment(fire project and fall project would be added advantage)

  • Candidate would be preferable from Gujarat – based out of Vadodara


Job Profile/Authority Responsibility: 


NSM position is having overall responsibility for envisioning, developing the Sales and Marketing plan to establish Sales & Marketing Network across the country to achieve Monthly / Quarterly targets. NSM is also responsible for guiding, monitoring, developing the Sales & Marketing teams to ensure following key activities.


  • Prepare individual Monthly / Quarterly Sales Plan for each Verticals
  • Identify key customer contact plan
  • Develop & maintain relationship with specific large customers
  • Payment collection as per Plan
  • Plan & implement customer workshops, participate in Trade Shows
  • Develop Channel Partners, Dealers and coordinate with existing network
  • Build Regional Sales Teams, personally monitor, mentor and develop teams


Brief job description:


To develop strategic plan to increase market share of Companies Products & Solutions by ensuring Presence of Company across the country. NSM is responsible to set performance targets for different regions and achieve by leading from front.


Technical functions:

  • Envisioning and Strategic planning for Sales and Marketing across the country(manpower, product ,prospective customers, collection and resource requirement)
  • Provide direction to the RSM’s / ASM’s / ASC’s to execute and achieve the targets.
  • To attend/ participate regional& national business events as directed by management.
  • Attending top level meetings with the customers as and when required.
  • Analyze market trends and advice Company accordingly for products, pricing and strategy.
  • Providing guidance for resolving major customer complaints


Managerial functions:

  • To monitor the performance of RSM’s as per the given targets.
  • To supervise and control performance of regions by regular performance monitoring, meetings and feedbacks.
  • Management of major customer complaint.
  • Strategic guidance for Customer retention.
  • Monitor collection and reconciliation of accounts and cost.
  • Coordination with the Head Office, Finance Department and regions.
  • Conflict management among the team members.
