Purpose of the Position
The Company is a project company working in the dairy, and beverage industry. They work very closely with Their customers to provide customized solutions depending on their requirements. They are looking for a Manager/ Sr Manager in their Sales team. The primary role will be to understand customer requirements and then prepare a feasible technical and commercial offer for the same. The candidate should have a good process knowledge of dairy products for market milk, curd, butter, and ice cream. The candidate should also be aware of the equipment available in the market.
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Understanding the requirement and battery limits of the inquiry
2.Detailed engineering on the basis of RFQ/ tender
3.Discussion with the customer, attending pre-bid meetings, clarification
4.Verification of P&ID, Layout drawings
5.Verification of estimates routes and quantity of pipes, supports, structure, cable trays
6.Verification of electrical architecture, automation systems
7.Coordination with various suppliers for bought out items
8.Ensuring that there are no gaps in estimation either for capacity or functionality
9.Preparation of technical offer for the RFQ/ tender
10.Preparation of commercial offer for the RFQ/ tender
11.Technical and commercial negotiation
12.Handover to project execution team for winning orders
1.Candidate have much knowledge of dairy production for market milk, curd, butter, ice cream.
2.The candidate should also be aware of the equipment/ vendors available in the market
3.Prior experience in proposal making, sales will be preferred
