•             Understanding the sales strategy from promoters and strategy team and being able to execute it effectively

•             Ability to nurture effective relationships with Channel Partners - both international, national and local

•             Ability to communicate the vision of the project, schemes available, inventive packages available

•             To take regular follow ups with Channel Partners to ensure adequate interest in the project

•             Ability to network with channel partners in events, exhibitions as available from time to time

•             Conduct CP meets to regularly update them on construction progress, inventory availability, new offers, promotions

•             To create the MIS of all CP interactions - ability to analyze key takeaways on competitors, projects and customer sentiment and suggest strategies to optimize sales

•             Experience of sale in Suburban / Eastarn / Central Mumbai is preferred
