To ensure smooth functioning of the CRM application and regularly report to the management to analyze ROI of campaigns

To work with management in setting KPIs for sourcing and closing staff based on data analysis

To ensure smooth documentation, home loan processing and registration of customers post finalization

Ability to delight customers with active and effective communication through their sales journey

Following up with customers for payments

Solving client queries regarding the project on a continual basis

To ensure smooth handover of apartments, parking at the project completion stage.
