Job Requirement
  • To ensure smooth functioning of the CRM application and regularly report to the management to analyze ROI of campaigns
  • To work with management in setting KPIs for sourcing and closing staff based on data analysis
  • To ensure smooth documentation, home loan processing and registration of customers post finalization
  • Ability to delight customers with active and effective communication through their sales journey
  • Following up with customers for payments
  • Solving client queries regarding the project on a continual basis
  • To ensure smooth handover of apartments, parking at the project completion stage.
