• Executive - Tender is responsible for leading and managing all activities in support of the Company's sales support department for filing Tenders / E-Tenders while ensuring that company standards are achieved and maintained.
• Can able to Tender Search, Quotation/Offer/Bid Preparations, Online Bidding, E-Tendering, Tender and Bid Follow Up, Filing and Documentation etc.
• Offline & online tender (Eprocure, nprocure, all online website etc)
• Taking care of all tenders (GEM + Company tender+ Fill all RFQs
• Checking of all tender and related documents
• Finding new tenders from various platforms and sites

KRAs / Competence :

• Error Free Tender submission /  Tender Searching
• Sales Support to Sales Team with in Stipulated time
• Offer submission within stipulated time period (Within 24 Hrs)
• EMD  &  Tender Tracker
• GEM Bidding Processing & Close the orders

Other Skills (Know-hows)Required :

• Good Communication, MS Office, Data Management
