Requirement :

Position                : VMC Operator / Programmer

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Experience in VMC Programming
• Expert in VTL and VMC machine working
• Prepare and operate VMC machines
• Fluent in 2D and 3D Programming
• Fluent in Drawing and Reading
• Convergent in Tool selection
• Experience in application of measuring instruments
• Understand the specifications of the JOB and the desired result by reading mechanical drawings & tolerance etc.
• Translate instructions into computer commands so the VMC machines can perform the correct functions.
• Prepare , choose and load tools and raw materials and other parts onto the machines.
• Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.
• Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate a large number of parts if necessary.
• Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result as per the drawings.
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly, without any rejections.
