Job Description:

Position               : Design Engineer

Location              : Vadodara (GIDC)

Masters in CAD and CAM.

Software proficiency:

• Must be currently working in Solid works 2010+ (MUST) with at least 5 yrs. of hands on experience,
• Static/dynamic analysis knowledge (plus),
• MS Office, Draft sight/AutoCAD (2D), Photoshop or Graphical design (plus)                                                                                          

Language skills: 

• Able to read, understand, speak and draft correspondence in technical ENGLISH language for customers/vendors  

Key Functions:

• 3D Modelling/assembly, creating detail drawings for sales/manufacturing, generation of BOMs, estimates, QA plans. Assistance with work orders, production planning, testing. 2D to 3D conversion, reverse engineering for R&D.
• Should be able to read and interpret 2D machine drawings, correlate w/ actual parts and generate 2D/3D designs of parts/assemblies.
• Immense knowledge of FEA & Simulation & prior experience in its working required.
• Supervising tests and analysis
• Verifying designs.
• Evaluating structural designs and processes.
• Researching engineering data.
• Managing projects.
• Being able to lead & Coach team members.
• Being professional and courteous & working in a highly professional environment.
• Planning & execution of design
• Carrying out inspection 
• Candidate will be required to undergo a ‘SCREENING TEST’ before personal interview.
• Rapid/Prototyping & first model creation.
