Job Description :

  1. Knowledge of HACCP/CCP/OPRPS/GMP/GHP.
  2. Knowledge of Syrup Preparation ,CIP of all process equipments .
  3. Analysis of product parameters such as brix , Acidity, pH , net content ,Brimful volume ,Top load testing of empty Bottels testing ,preform,cap analysis,Torque test.
  4. Water analysis as per IS: 10500:2012 ,IS :13428,IS :14543,Qualification crimping,
  5. Equipment handeled in analytical instrumentation such as pH meter , turbidity meter ,TDS meter,conductivity meter gas volume tester UV spectrometer,top load tester,refractometer ozone analyser,Torque tester,Secure seal tester. Batch Preparation monitoring and realease of the batch as per the stage of manufactring.
  6. Investigation for failure of the product, RCA,& CAPA

manufactures high quality milk powders and instant soluble teas as well as herbs. We are the first integrated plant to manufacture our dairy whitener, milk powders and instant tea, to exacting quality standards. Our factory, located in the milk rich district of Vadodara, in the State of Gujarat, which ensures a steady supply of quality milk. The plant is equipped with a superior level of operating standards (in some instances at pharmaceutical plant level)and we utilize advanced processes tomeet quality standards for our customers.

In the plant itself, from the milk receiving area of milk to the finished product, we maintain strict no-human-contact through the entire manufacturing process.We have the capacity of processing over 50,000 litres of milk a day and have an output capacity up to 5 metric tonnes of Dairy Whitener, 3 metric tonnes of Skimmed milk powder, 3 metric tonnes of Ghee; our tea handling produces 1 MT of Instant tea extract, and 10MT of instant tea premixes per day.

The factory is certified under ISO 22000:2018, FSSAI,and BIS.

The milk processing section has pasteurization, homogenization, sugar syrup preparation and automatic batching systems, along with storage, Butter and ghee manufacturing,with equipment manufactured by the leading manufacturer of dairy engineering and milk handling equipment, Tetra Pak Ltd.

Also in place is a fully equipped three thousand sq. ft.laboratory, used to analyse our raw material and manufactured products. The stateoftheart modern laboratory is equipped with sophisticated instrumentation (Calorimeters,  spectrophotometer, Gas Chromatography (GC) with FID, ECD, detectors, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) with PDA detectors, Laminar Air Flow with Bio Safety Cabinet, Microbiological Air Sampler, Auto Protein Analyser  etc.) to complement a team of experienced samplers, technicians and analysts.
