Position                              : PPC Engineer

Location                             : Ankhi (Nr. Jambusar)

Qualification                     : BE/DIP Mech/Auto

Experience                         : 4 - 5  yrs

Salary Budget                   : 4.00 to 7.00 Lacs p.a.

Job Responsibilities :

·        Experience in PPC

·        Knowledge of SAP system. ( PP / MM Module )

·        Daily / weekly / monthly production plan

·        Raw material requirement as per the sales requirement

·        Co-ordination with Design / Production / Marketing / Purchase on daily / weekly basis for intime supply

·        Control the Inventory at process / RMS

Authorities :

·        Maintaining the Inventory as per the management guideline

·        Escalate Over capacity/under capacity or shortages as per daily / weekly /monthly requirements

·        Ensure RM availability as per the production planRequirement :

• Made monthly delivery plan in qty and value
• Calculation of plant capacity - Monthly & Yearly
• Production Planning - Daily & Monthly
• Calculate work load and Man power monthly
• Raw material requirement monthly, quarterly   and yearly.
• Plant capacity calculation
