Job Requirement
  • Operational Leadership:
    1. Overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company standards - dispatching, scheduling, and coordinating transportation activities to meet delivery schedules.
    2. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of diverse professionals, including sales, operations, and administrative staff.
    3. Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Communication & Reporting:
    1. Serving as a liaison between the branch and the corporate office.
    2. Communicate effectively with higher management, providing regular updates on branch performance and challenges.
    3. Providing regular reports on branch performance, operational issues, and market trends.
  • Finance & Cost Management:
    • Managing the branch’s budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
    • Ensure profitability and contribute to the overall financial success of the branch.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    1. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
    2. Address customer concerns, ensure high customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
    • Identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand the customer base.
  • Networking:
    • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and with local business communities.
  • Training & Development:
    1. Conducting training sessions for staff to enhance skills, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high service standards.
    2. Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    1. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
    2. Implement and monitor safety programs to reduce accidents and ensure driver compliance.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for adapting to market changes
