Requirement :

Position                : Accounts Executive

Experience           : Minimum 2 years in Logistic Field

Education             : Minimum Graduate

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales transactions, invoices, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports to track revenue performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including revenue recognition and accruals, as required.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices related to sales billing and revenue recognition.
• Provide support and training to junior staff members on billing processes and Tally software usage whenever required.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers to address inquiries and resolve billing-related issues promptly.
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
• Process and generate sales invoices accurately and efficiently using Tally software.
