Ø  Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company’s revenue goals and increase market share.

Ø  Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Ø  Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to guide strategic decisions.

Ø  Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring effective client relationship management and deal negotiations.

Ø  Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and decision-makers, enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Ø  Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, offering actionable insights to improve results.

Ø  Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, maintaining a consistent brand message and maximizing ROI.

Ø  Prepare sales forecasts and reports, providing insights into sales trends, strategies, and opportunities for improvement.

Ø  Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.

Ø  Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, planning, finance) to align sales and marketing efforts with overall company goals.

Ø  Facilitate training programs for the sales and marketing team, enhancing skills and knowledge in best practices and industry trends.

Ø  Engage with key stakeholders to discuss advertising strategies, product offerings, and service improvements.

Ø  Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, showcasing products and establishing new business relationships.

Applicant must be willing to travel, Go getter, pleasing personality would be added advantage. Also having Computer knowledge, Excellent communication skills, Analytical and multitasking skills, Teamwork and motivational skills. A knowledge of SAP would be preferable
