Roles and Responsibilities :
Facilitate the performance of key HR functions including pre-boarding, onboarding, time & attendance, and off boarding of employees.
Documentation of new joiners as per internal and statutory requirements
Onboarding and Orientation: Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary information to help them integrate into the company culture.
Prepare & issue Appointments, confirmation, Promotions & other letters to employees as applicable.
Knowledge of PF. ESIC and PT
Leave & Attendance Management professionally resolving payroll enquiries
Employee database management and Maintenance of the HR records and systems
Payroll Management/ Resolving payroll enquiries in a professional manner.
Process the full & final settlement of exited employees by providing inputs to the payroll team.
Bonus/Compensation Management / Reimbursement / Employee Referral Payments.
Medical insurance/ Health insurance management.
Policies and procedure documentation
Ensure all exit formalities are completed by all concerned parties as per the laid down process.
Strong knowledge in data management
Support with audits and quality reviews to always ensure data accuracy.
Prepare, update & periodically publish HR MIS Reports facilitating effective decision making.
Ensure timely deliverables are met with accuracy as metrics
Desired Candidates :
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of HR software and best practices.
· Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
· Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment and employee relations.
Technical Skills :
· Ability to write job postings and use recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
· Experience in candidate screening, conducting interviews, and on boarding.
· Talent acquisition and selecting the right candidates efficiently.
· Ability to maintain effective communication between employees and management.
· Experience in handling employee grievances and conflict resolution.
· Strong negotiation skills (salary discussions, policy explanations, etc.)
