| Job Requirement | Job Title : BDM - Automation & Electrical Qualification : BE / B Tech – Electrical / Automation / Instrumentation / Electronics (MBA - Marketing & Sales added advantage) Experience : Min 10+ Years experience in Business Development & Execution of Robust Sales Strategies in the field of Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation – LV Switchgear, PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, Field Instruments etc. Compensation : 20 - 25 lacs p.a. Job Location : Hybrid – India (Vadodara) & Middle East (One person will handle both locations)
Job Roles : Building strong relationships with EU, EPC clients, and consultants, managing Sales Cycle thereby providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Job Roles & Responsibility :
Collaborating with internal teams for project execution, preparing competitive quotations for Control Systems and Electrical Panels, and expanding market share through strategic sales plans. To identify growth opportunities, document activities in CRM systems, and represent the company at events and trade shows.
Skills : Understanding of Industrial Automation, SCADA Systems, Electrical HT-LT & Digital Transformation Acquainted with Microsoft Office Tools & Fluency in Communication
Job Must Haves : To possess mobility in travelling to Middle East location as per customer requirements including remote site locations etc |
