Job Requirement

This role will involve coordinating import and export activities, drafting professional emails and letters, filing important documents, and facilitating internal communication.

Key Responsibilities

·        Import and export Coordination: Assist in handling import documentation, liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents. Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.

·        Correspondence: Draft professional emails, letters, and other communication independently for internal and external stakeholders.

·        Filing and Documentation: Organize and maintain both electronic and physical files related to imports, correspondence, and internal records.

·        Internal Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks related to imports and other office operations.

·        General Office Support: Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, handling phone calls, and assisting with day-to-day office operations.
