Position               : Pricing Manager – Sea Export

Location              : Ahmedabad (Navrangpura)

Qualification       :Any graduation

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service support.
• Follow up for rates with various lines & agents on receiving enquiries.
• Negotiate best in industry rates.
• Quote customers within the advised KPI-Import (24hrs of enquiry receipt), Export (4hrs of Enquiry receipt).
• Ensure quotes are send with validity date, terms & conditions.
• Complete cost/sell rates should be updated in the system with profit share before being forwarded to CS/OPS Team.
• Should be able to handle a team.
• Checking for IMCO approvals from line and quote customers accordingly.
• Update the Enquiry details/status daily.
• Follow up with customer on prices quoted and update Sales.
• Ensure pre-alerts with proper documents are received within one week of sailing.
• Sort out disputes in invoices with clients, Agents and accounts.
• New customer/Vendor id’s creation.
• Tele-sales- Users to follow up with existing customers for new business lanes.
• Inter department functions and learning.
