- Servicing clients on behalf of Director

- Assisting with CRM record keeping

•  Maintaining client records
•  Verifying and approving any new customer creations
•  Maintaining data of customers and assigned KAM.
•  Following up with KAM for monthly KRAs.
•  Following up with Sales Team for KRAs/ reports.
•  Maintaining data of customer contracts , new RFQs
