- Reporting to TL/RM, OSP will be responsible for all sales & marketing activities within accounts / territory as allocated to him.
- Would ensure that all necessary projects and tasks are executed well on time, will closely monitor toll gate progress of his set of accounts and will work closely with his TL / RM on accounts development.
- Formulation (bottom up), review & monitoring (execution) of annual & monthly sales budget for his/her set of customer base.
- Implementation of marketing plan as finalized with RM.
- Canvassing our USP’s amongst all customers.
- Working towards enhancing customer satisfaction to enhance our share of business and address penetration.
- Ensure correct executions of customer orders, timely deliveries in line to order confirmations.
- Focusing on AR realization on time as per credit limits.
- To provide necessary operational support to ISP for projects/ task execution.
- Helping ISP’s in preparing specific techno commercial proposals.
- Responsible for necessary market research activities to identify possible new opportunities to address short / long term growth.
- Accountable for KPIs as set by ASM/TL.
- High Customer Focus, decision making, innovation, drive for results, planning and organizing and building strategic working relationships are key competencies looked at for the position.
