The Engineering in charge is responsible for overseeing engineering and technical design of products of the projects to be manufactured, manages communication and coordination among different types of engineers working on a project with the organization as well as customer-end.

This role is also responsible for leading the engineering team and ensuring that the company's engineering requirements related to manufacturing [fabrication, machining] are implemented; improve the company's performance and competitiveness.
