Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities

• Payment Handling:
  • Handle petty cash, flexi cards, and other payment methods.
  • Verify and re-imburse employees for out-of-pocket expenses.
  • Interact & provide/facilitate advance/balance payments to vendors for vehicle placement.
• Voucher Handling:
  • Manage cash and bank vouchers effectively.
  • Ensure accurate recording of all transactions on the online portal.
• Record Keeping:
  • Record all transactions promptly and accurately send them to the reporting team.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor.
