Position               : HR Executive
Location              : Daman
Qualification       : MBA / MHRS / MSW

Experience          : 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing

Job Responsibilities :

• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and talent management.
• Developing and managing HR strategy to align employee goals with company objectives.
• Implementation of PMS process, employee evaluation standards, and upgradation.
• Employee relations and grievance handling.
• Training and development of employees.
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws and health & safety regulations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
