We are looking to hire a Sales manager with a proven track record of achieving sales booking goals & creates new business.

Responsibilities and Duties:        

• Sales of System solutions based on Industrial IOT solutions and software Products and services within an assigned geographic territory.
• Able to generate New Business By Sales and Marketing activities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Identify new markets, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Analyze market data to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and work on strategies to retain and grow existing accounts.
• Knowledge of IIOT, Industry 4.0 & Digitization
• Should be able to forecast sales target monthly, quarterly and annually and achieve it
• Experience to work with Process Consultant of Pune & Mumbai
