The Quality In-charge will have end-to-end responsibility for setting, leading and overseeing all quality check & control activities within our manufacturing operations.This role ensures that all products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, complies with industry regulations, and satisfies customer requirements.This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of fabrication & machining processes, a commitment to quality, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure that the company's quality management practices conform to all relevant industry regulations, certifications, and customer requirements.

Collaborate with the Plant Head and Directors to develop and execute the company's quality management strategy, aligning it with organizational goals.

Lead and manage the quality control department, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.

Lead investigations into quality issues, conducting thorough root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

In-depth knowledge on quality standards & methodologies in fabrication, machining, NDT, manufacturing processes and QAPs (Quality Assurance Plan)
