Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Executive to lead our production department and optimize the efficiency of our orthopedic implant manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficiency of our entire production department; monitor various production processes, coordinate between departments, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our production systems.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Prepare and manage production schedules based on priorities.

Monitor and ensure team performance meets targets.

Train and develop the production team.

Address non-conformance issues with QC and design teams.

Develop and present efficiency and cost reports.

Approve and oversee prototype manufacturing.

Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and all other regulatory standards.

Address equipment or process issues with minimal disruptions.

Optimize workflows to enhance resource utilization and constant improvement.

Lead efforts to reduce production costs while maintaining quality.

 

 

Requirements:

 

Basic Knowledge of CNC VMC machines

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in excel, computers

Basic understanding of machine maintenance.
