Job Summary:

We are hiring a State Head to drive sales, business growth, and market expansion in Maharashtra & Gujarat. Candidates with experience in fertilizers/agrochemicals and a strong dealer network are preferred. Retired professionals with relevant expertise are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Build and manage distributor and dealer networks.
• Identify new market opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the sales team.
• Ensure sales targets and collections.
• Strengthen relationships with farmers and stakeholders.
• Plan farmer meetings and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with supply chain for product availability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in fertilizers/agrochemicals.
• Strong leadership and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Retired candidates with experience are encouraged to apply.
