Job Summary

 

The QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product quality by conducting inspections, implementing quality control processes, and identifying areas for improvement. The role involves working closely with the production team to maintain high-quality standards in transformer radiator manufacturing.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Implement and monitor quality control procedures for transformer radiators and other products.

Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Identify defects, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Maintain and update quality documentation, reports, and records.

Ensure adherence to ISO and other relevant quality management standards.

Collaborate with the production and design teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Train and guide production staff on quality requirements and best practices.

Conduct audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist in customer complaint resolution by investigating quality concerns and providing reports.

 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in transformer radiator manufacturing or related industries.

Knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies and Root Cause Analysis.

Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality standards.

Proficiency in using measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier calipers, micrometers, ultrasonic thickness gauges).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

Experience with welding inspection and surface treatment processes.

Certification in quality management systems or inspection techniques.
