Responsibilities :

• Receiving customer’s requirement by personal visit, phone, email, or post.
• Attending client meetings and understanding the JOB.
• Give enquiry to technical team for estimation.
• Sample collection from client if required.
• Estimation is shown to authority for final quotation.
• Quotation formality to be done like paper, technical or non technical documents.
• Negotiate pricing & contractual terms are required & in line with company guidelines.
• Job is handed over to client servicing.
• Ensure all partners and customers receive a professional handover from sales to the solution team and technical services team at the appropriate time.
• Strong follow up in every stage for the job completion
