Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to oversee all aspects of quality assurance and quality control within our organization. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards, procedures, and systems to ensure products and services meet or exceed internal and external requirements. This role requires close collaboration with production, engineering, compliance, and other departments.
Mandatory Key Skills :
Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control strategies, policies, and procedures.
Manage and supervise QA/QC staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluation.
Ensure that all products and services meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Oversee inspection, testing, and evaluation processes to ensure quality standards are met.
