Position : HR Generalist

Experience : 4 to 8 Yrs

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for  all roles across the organisation.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and offer rollouts
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs

2. Employee Engagement

• Organize employee welfare activities and engagement initiatives
• Support team-building and recognition programs

3. HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT ,BONUS, GRATUITY)

4. Performance Management

• Assist in goal setting and appraisal processes
• Support managers in performance reviews and documentation

5. Policy Implementation & Compliance

• Communicate and enforce HR policies and code of conduct
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal guidelines
• Handle disciplinary actions and grievance redressal

6. Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training sessions if required
• Support career development initiatives

7. Administration

• Housekeeping
• Handling as and when required things etc.
