Job Summary :

We are looking for a proven leader who is eager to grow, manage and inspire a group that includes Rubber Technologist,  Process Engineers & Tool Room Engineers..

As a hands on Rubber Part Manufacturing head, you shall get the opportunity to implement standard processes for manufacturing & planning for molding as well as make key decision regarding

production, quality & vendor development.

Job Responsibilities :

• Monitor & manage the work assignments & Personnel for the Rubber Molding plant consisting of Precision Molding  by Injection Compression & Vaccum Compression molding machine.
• Monitor & manage the work assignments & Personnel for the Rubber Mixing plant consisting of Kneder and Open Mixing Mill
• Monitor & Manage the Inventory of all Raw material including finished and semi-finished material, Mold & CRB and capital expendientures
• Monitor & assist with the establishment of new tool samples and design experiments for reduction of , design wastage, rejection & scraps.
• Coordinate & manage tooling demands  and requirements for manufacturing facility & molding support.
• Coordinate and implement standard processes for molding , mixing & process control with Quality Control Team
• Daily Meeting with operators, supervisors  & QA team for rejection & control.
• Coordinate with Quality team for customer complaints & corrective actions
• Coordinate & Manage Preparation of Documents like PFMEA, Control Plan etc.

Job Skills & Qualifications :

• DME or B.Tech (Mech./ Polymer) 10 to 12 Years of Experience in Rubber Molding with knowledge on Injection Molding and Compression Molding , CRB system .
• Continuous Improvement & Lean Manufacturing experience with focus on reduction on wastage & rejection.
• SAP Knowledge in PP module is preferred.
